Role & Responsibilities:

Receive, compile and analyse procurement requirements of oil palm plantation and palm oil milling.

Monitoring all Purchase Requisition receive and request for quotation and place order.

To ensure all the purchases in right source, quality, quantity, delivery and price.

To negotiate for the best prices and payment term for every purchase while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and services.

To monitor order on time delivery and avoid any interruptions with production operation and other department

Good decision making to determine which action yield the best outcome towards the success of the company.

Liaison and negotiation with suppliers.

Preparation and issuance of purchasing related documents.

To ensure all purchasing records are up to date and generate periodical purchasing report.

Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by Purchasing Manager from time to time
Job Requirements:

A Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Purchasing & Material Management Business Management or equivalent
-
At least Three (1) Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
