Enviably Me, the official distributor and retailer of Melissa, the iconic Brazilian brand and pioneer of jelly shoes in Malaysia and Singapore is expanding its brand portfolio and distribution channels. We are looking for a self-starting, dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join their high energy and exciting Marketing team. You will be based in Malaysia and supporting both Malaysia and Singapore marketing initiatives.

What you’re expected to do:

  • To be able to understand project requirements and propose, ideate and execute creative concepts and briefs to produce creative content for multiple channels and platforms
  • B ring the brief and concept to life based on the creative vision for the various branded marketing campaigns or activities that span across multiple retail touchpoints including physical stores, and digital platforms like web and social media
  • Design and/or adapt and roll out approved concepts to various media, above and below the line including but not limited to marketing collaterals such as print and online advertisements, offline displays, signages, flyers, posters, eDMs, web banners, social media postings & etc.
  • Ensure produced designs deliver an exceptional user and retail experience, in accordance with brand’s identity and visual guidelines
  • Liaise with printers and vendors for printing / production specifications for instore visual displays
  • Ensure the correct format/sizes/colour codes are provided before being sent to press and production facilities
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and on multiple deadlines and briefs
  • Experience with the end-to-end process of conceptualisation to production process for B2C marketing formats
  • Basic photography, videography and editing skills is required
  • Other ad-hoc tasks/projects as required

What you will need to have:

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design/ Multimedia Design or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ working experience in arts/ graphic design/ publishing/agency or its equivalent
  • A creative flair and strong eye for visual composition that will effectively communicate marketing campaigns/ activities that will elevate the in-store and online brand experience
  • Detail oriented and up-to-date with current design trends
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on multiple deadlines and across departments
  • Mindful of projects’ needs; and the time and costs associated with deliverables
  • Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise and manage both internal and external stakeholders on progress of projects and any issues that may arise
  • Competency in Photoshop and Illustrator; a bonus if you have experience with HTML and Lightroom and familiarity with eCommerce is added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, and work on multiple priorities as required
  • Positive, hardworking attitude, with an active interest in fashion/art/design
