**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop and maintain a strong visual brand identity that aligns with our company's values, mission, and target audience.
- Work as part of the creative team to ideate and produce high-quality graphics and layouts across multiple touchpoints, including digital, mobile/app, and offline.
- Collaborate effectively with theMarketing team on creative campaigns and design strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.
- Create new designs to suit different formats and requirements, including but not limited to eDMs, brochures, infographics, and social media, and adapting existing designs to different formats while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Prioritise effectively while working on multiple projects of varying complexities to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate and oversee product photography and image editing to ensure high-quality visuals that align with our brand guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and innovations in the health and wellness industry, and incorporate relevant elements into our designs to maintain a fresh and modern visual appeal.

**What we’d love to have for the role**:

- Relevant experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a B2B or health and wellness industry.
- An understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, printed materials and multimedia design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design consistency across various channels.
- Excellent command of English (additional languages will be an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and adapting well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative designs and concepts.
