- As the
- **Graphic Designer** for Wanderlust + Co, you will execute powerful and inspiring visuals, videos and concepts, to our global audience of accessories lovers. You will assist with developing concepts from a creative brief - from a blank page, to a design idea flowing through concept to completion.
- With a love for developing visual materials, you will aim to take users on a seamless brand journey across all touch points. Your focus will be to understand the voice of the brand and growing its reach - assisting with the planning, development and delivery of integrated online and offline design and marketing efforts. You have to be a highly motivated individual with an interest in fashion, photography and a desire to join a fast-growing e-commerce business. **50%**
- Work alongside Art Director and Marketing team to create and develop global campaigns, inclusive of concept, graphic design, packaging and other eye-catching visuals including website assets, digital newsletter, banner, social media postings and promotional materials.
- Be responsible for the weekly design submissions for new launches and promotional campaigns across the website and dropship any other relevant design asset assist with sell through and conversion
- Take ownership over creating high quality and consistently beautiful graphics/design collaterals, ensuring that the content are brand and colour consistent, and can easily transform across all digital mediums
- Work alongside the design and marketing team to understand the collection launch timelines, asset requirements and contribute by way of taking responsibility for the commercial digital images and videos required to launch a new collection
- Conceptualise, design, and oversee the production of shelf talker, lightbox visuals and other store-specific need, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presentation across all retail locations.

**40%**
- Work alongside with photographer to ideate and produce bi-weekly product shoots, product videos, social content and any other visual projects in line with the brand direction; starting with trend research, moodboard to completion
- Ensure that all images and assets created are in accordance with brand guidelines, and accurately filed and archived within the brand’s cloud system - so other team members can easily utilise assets created
- Crop and process images, maintaining file size specification guidelines, and retouching photos as required to ensure a consistent quality across images and videos
- Responsible for care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props and supplies.

**10%**
- Ensure all design assets are well organized and archived in a neat manner
- Ability to work well within a team, working well under pressure with an adaptable attitude, as well as assist across relevant marketing/design ad hoc duties

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Previous experience of 2-3 years within a graphic design or multimedia role
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Strong software skills in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator
- Additional skills in Video Editing, Motion graphics and 3D animation will be a plus
- Acute sensibility with graphic design elements, i.e. colour, layout, composition, typography
- Strong digital and social media skills - familiar with digital publishing and software
- Knowledge of visual ideation, visual merchandising, photography, branding and digital design
- Exceptional eye for design + detail - translating that efficiently and effectively to quality print and digital layouts
- Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain creative concepts and requirements
