Job Description

1. Waste, Canteen management to meet FSSC requirement and FSSC audit

2. Manage company Vehicles key, shell card/TNG/road tax / car service / filing vehicles request form for Summons traceability

3. To perform JDE transaction work order, OV and PR and work order for administrative Department

4. To manage Stationary requisition and distribution for DPDC and MFM

5. To arrange Foreign workers transport on Public Holiday, Sunday overtime or special request arrangement from DPDC and MFM. Verify the Invoice by BU

6. To ensure secretarial and office support services are provided effectively. ( in coming call/letter/documennt, courier, parcel / uniforms).

7. Manage FW hostel utilities and facility and tenancy agreement

8. Follow up Cukai Harta, Cukai tanah for finance to payment and any other relevant government fees

9. Apply for yearly renewal MFM and DPDC business license

10. Manage hotel booking for the plant

11. Capex policy and Asset Management

12. Verify and checking shipping doc, coordinate with Forwarding agent for custom clearance

13. Sourcing of spare part and consumable item key in PO in JDE

14. Uniform request, distribute, keep record for company

15. Filing of all K1 form for audit purpose

16. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
