In your new role you will:

  1. Perform process transfer, process development, optimization and qualification for technology transfer and/or used tool transfer.
  2. Develop innovative processes and process characterization methodologies for existing and new technologies.
  3. Partner with production modules/departments, technology integration, planning, business divisions, and global process development counterparts in mapping and enabling future technologies.
  4. Perform process stability, sustaining and improvement to meet overall company targets.
  5. Perform integration block re-use and tool extendibility to maximize re-use strategy.
  6. Conduct FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, and process change management.
  7. Initiate, coordinate, and support excursion prevention, productivity, and quality improvement projects.
  8. Interface between production modules/departments, technology integration & quality engineering on daily routines.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  1. Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering, Material Science or Applied Science.
  2. At least 3 years working and hands-on experience in wafer fab PVD/metal sputter processes, and related equipment engineering.
  3. Experience and good methodical technique in technology synchronization and process harmonization.
  4. Good knowledge in semiconductor unit processes, process integration, device physics and products will be of added advantage.
  5. Good hands-on experience on wafer fabrication processes, equipment, and metrology.
  6. Technology and/or product transfer, qualification and high volume ramp-up know-how.
  7. Highly innovative, motivated and stress-resistant individual with a zero defect mindset.
  8. A good team player and able to communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
