Job Description

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using a variety of analytical techniques.
  • Leverage data from various sources (sales, marketing, finance) to identify trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to understand market dynamics and business strategies.
  • Continuously improve forecasting accuracy by analysing variances and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest forecasting methodologies and technologies.
  • Communicate forecasting insights effectively to all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data manipulation and visualisation tools (Excel, SQL preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
