We are currently looking for a Plant Manager for a leading player in the FMCG Manufacturing industry with a legacy of more than 80 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

  • Team size: Up to 100 people
  • Based in Negeri Sembilan

    the role

    • Supervises Quality Control, Production (Non-GMP, Blow Moulding, GMP Pharma & Cosmetic, Food Plant), Engineering, Building & Infrastructure Management, and Expansion Project.
    • Assists GM in implementing processes, managing budget, improving production performance, and reducing costs.
    • Takes part in main committees for ISO 9001, Halal, GMP, HACCP, GDPMD, providing advisory support.
    • Leads cross-functional teams, fosters collaboration, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Generates reports, communicates with senior management, and facilitates alignment between departments.

      the experience

      • Possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline.
      • At least 8 years managerial experience in manufacturing.
