Job Description
  • Ensure the Medical Services department is productive, efficient and cost effective in all its operations and all staff understand clients' needs and provide excellent quality of service.
  • Cooperate and work closely with the SEA regional office to ensure Operational Policies, regional and corporate directives, projects and initiatives are effectively implemented within the assistance platform.
  • Implement and integrate the appropriate IT systems and technologies with focus on change management to ensure continuous improvement of quality, profitability and efficiency within the department and cross functional
  • Work closely with HR to ensure appropriate recruitment, deployment and retention of staff; Finance and Marketing departments to drive maximum profitability by tracking daily and weekly the financial performance
  • Work closely with Commercial team during acquisition of new clients to ensure clear delivery processes
  • Apply OH&S policy and procedures to ensure compliance and actively participate in OH&S inspections and audits including corrective actions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 10 years in a service delivery role with strong academic achievements. MBA preferred.
  • Track record of quality/business process improvement
  • Experience of managing a 24/7 Assistance Center or call center operation or a customer facing customer service delivery channel
  • Passionate with providing excellent high quality service with excellent planning & organizing skills
  • Strong people manager with excellent communication and motivation skills
