Job Description Afterschool , a leading force in student recruitment, invites you to become a key player in our dynamic team as an Education Counsellor As an Education Counsellor, you’ll guide students to choose the right course, search for scholarships, and apply to the best colleges & universities in Malaysia.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide personalised and professional counselling and guidance on higher education to students and parents who are looking for university enrollments.
  • Attend student/parents inquiries and feedback efficiently.
  • To support and execute all activities related to student enrollment, such as university registration, university visits, and other related activities.
  • Maintain good knowledge about the higher education industry / scholarship offerings / and study pathways in Malaysia.
  • Create effective strategies to achieve the student enrollment target. (Commission based on target achieved).
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with industry stakeholders such as university counsellors / key tertiary personnel and so forth.
  • To ensure a good conversion of students to partner universities.
  • To maintain student databases and related administration tasks.

     
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in student counselling and higher education student recruitment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with university admission processes and higher education trends.
  • Proactive approach in identifying and implementing effective student recruitment strategies.
  • Required to work compensated long working hours during intakes.
