**Who we're looking for**
- Counsellors:

- Degree in Counselling or Master in Professional Counselling, and;
- Possess a valid KBPA registration with the Board of Counsellor, Malaysia (LKM)

OR
- Clinical Psychologists:

- Masters in Clinical Psychology, and;
- Possess a valid registration with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) and/or the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychologist (MSCP);

AND
- Proven experience in public speaking, delivering presentations, or conducting training workshops;
- Demonstrated knowledge of health issues and supportive interventions;
- Experience working with diverse populations and sensitivity to cultural differences in mental health awareness and support.

**Additional Requirements**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and facilitate meaningful discussions;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly valued and may be advantageous;
- Flexibility to travel within Malaysia and occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed;
- Possess a valid Certified Trainer registration with the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC), Malaysia (good to have).

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and training workshops on various topics related to wellbeing, including stress management, resilience building, and self-care;
- Tailor presentations and training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational materials, resources, and curriculum content;
- Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in health & wellbeing promotion and advocacy.
