We are looking for Assistant Vice President, CEO's Office

General Description

The Assistant Vice President, CEO’s Office is responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in driving the strategic and operational excellence of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop, implement, and monitor the company's strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Operational Oversight : Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflows across various departments.
  • Financial Management : Assist in budget development, financial analysis, and cost management to achieve financial objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives with the CEO.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment and lead marketing communications
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the company's performance or reputation.
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative and strategic support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, client event management and the preparation of reports and presentations.

Work Experience and Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years working experience in financial industry, business consultancy , strategic planning, investment management , private banking, wealth management and any related industries
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, resourceful, multi-tasking, attention to detail, good organization skills and planner, mature with pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Able to interact with Board of Directors and Senior Management.
  • Able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and the ability to maintain realistic balance among multiple priorities, must be able to work under tight deadline to handle wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications especially Microsoft PowerPoint and minutes taking.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
