To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.To submit management report as per dateline.To update monthly ageing report.To assists superior as when required.To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when requiredHandle day to day operations of accounting record and fillingEmployee attendance & leave managementStatutory filing ( EPF, SOCSO , EIS, PCB, TP3 FORM , CP22, & CP22A)Verify and updating staff benefits utilisation ( OT, allowance , medical ets.)Handle Administrative work such as coordinating and reports update, jobs follow up, maintain office facilities, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.

Min. education requirement: LCCI or Business Administration or equivalent.At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.Required skill(s) SQL Accounting and Payroll systems, Microsoft Office.Aggressive and committed to work.Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.Good communication skills.Able to start immediately or within short notice.Able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature.
