StoreHub’s CEO is looking for Special Projects Officer who work with the CEO on projects that fit any combination of the following:

• Projects which build or improve organizational strategy, organizational design, infrastructure, and operations
• High value, cross-functional projects that need ownership until a maintainer or exit criteria is identified
• Projects that are so broad that they can't live within a function but are too much work for the CEO
• Projects that are important to the CEO

The bigger we get, the more we do, and the harder it is to make sure we have the right strategies in place for all our business lines. We need to make sure that all the Business Heads at StoreHub have clear and well-thought-through strategies that all stakeholders buy into. You will be responsible for working with the Business Heads to set and review their business strategies and help troubleshoot complex and persistent problems.

What's more, as the business continues to grow into new areas and geographies we will continue raising funds from world-class investors. You will work with the Group CEO on all fundraising and Investor relations. You are someone who has had enough of just strategy consulting - you want to see your strategies and plans get executed fast. Here's your chance.

You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development 

• Work with the Leadership Team to translate models, analyses, and insights into actionable business strategies to work towards long-term sustainable success

High Value Projects 

• Manage and (sometimes) drive strategic high value projects that involves cross-functional collaboration
• Establish transparency/visibility and accountability for teams carrying out the strategy, report on results, and feed learnings back to relevant stakeholders

Investor Relations 

• Build and manage relations with current & potential future investors by keeping them up to date with significant developments

Fundraising 

• Lead investor sourcing efforts, drive the tracking, reporting, and follow ups of these efforts 
• Lead all due diligence efforts and bring transactions across the finish line

How you will need to be:

• 2 years working experience in strategy consulting roles
• A passion for creating and executing game-changing strategies
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects
• Entrepreneurial leadership style with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in navigating the startup fundraising landscape
• An analytical mind with the ability to turn data into compelling stories
• A "get things done" attitude with a relentless drive to continuously improve
