Reporting to the Finance Manager, you shall be responsible for the accounts receivable, generate revenue for companies by ensuring that clients are properly billed for goods or services and work with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts are collected in a timely manner, verify and record transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure client payments.

  • Regularly report work progress to finance manager
  • Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of petty cash transactions

  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
  • Record and process transactions
  • Maintain payment records and account statuses

  • Process expense payments according to procedures and credit terms
  • Perform administrative tasks: data entry, invoicing, filing, client communication
  • Generate internal reports and statement

    qualifications and requirements

    1. At least 3 years of working experience in similar position, experience in Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
    2. Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy or professional qualification.
    3. Strong command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
    4. Strong computing skill and experienced in operating e-Finance systems.
