Handle full sets of accounting independently and perform month-end closing in a timely mannerReconciliations of Bank Accounts, Account Receivable, Account Payable, GL and other accountsEnsure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system Autocount SoftwareLiaise with the Company secretary, Auditor, Tax agent & banker for all relevant mattersMonitoring debtors/creditors aging and ensuring all the payments are up to date and accurateTaking and handling customers orderIssue and update basic and general accounting such as invoicing, billing... and key-in data entryKeeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions & Administration dutiesProviding clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executivesPerforming other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superiorsJob Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Account or equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably with at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and, Accounting software. Familiar in Autocount system will be an added advantage.Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlinesGood team player and possess good working attitude, sense of responsibility
