Accounts Receivable: Manage the invoicing process, track incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices with sales executives. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounts receivable transactions. Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records. Manage supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. General Ledger Input: Record financial transactions in the general ledger and ensure accuracy. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and bank statements are accurate. Payroll: Process payroll accurately and on time. Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. Other Responsibilities: Support management with various accounting tasks and projects as needed.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive Account Executive to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, payroll, and other accounting duties. This role requires a good understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work efficiently to maintain the financial health of the company.Experience: Proven experience with AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and payroll.Skills required: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel & OutlookExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy
