Our client is a leading global health care company specialising in renal therapies and products for patients with chronic kidney diseases.

• Support the area Business Executive in meeting business and clinical requirements in all Peritoneal Dialysis accounts, including Public, Private, and NGO sectors.
• Promote and sell medical equipment and consumable products to various sectors, building long-term relationships with clients.
• Participate in business reviews to assess account and territory performance periodically.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and potential products.
• Handle administrative tasks as required, such as inventory management, account receivables, market competitor survey, and competitor analysis.
• Organise events and seminars for customers and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships both within and outside the organisation.
• Develop and support education programs and provide clinical and product training to patients and customers in your territory or other locations as needed.
• Conduct visits to dialysis centres to ensure business needs and therapy application are well addressed.
• Regularly report visits of health care professionals and nursing teams to enhance business and clinical engagement.
• Coordinate effectively between account nursing teams, customer services, and logistics to ensure timely and reliable service and support.
• Provide on-call support during and after office hours (based on clinical roster).
• Assist area business heads during periods of high workload or in the absence of other team members.
• Perform any other tasks and provide support in different territories as required.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to initiate, prepare, and conduct service and team meetings.
• Self-driven, self-motivated, and possess a pleasant personality.
• Agility in role, responsibilities, and planning.
• Willingness to travel extensively and provide out-of-hours service, including weekends.
• Must have own car and valid driving license.
• Proficient in administrative IT skills, including Windows applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in renal nursing, including Haemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Intensive Care.
• Clinical education experience.
• The role involves matrix and dotted-line reporting to the clinical manager.
• Attendance at meetings or conferences from time to time, which may include weekends.
