Work you’ll do

 

  • To provide day-to-day secretarial/office administrative support.
  • To assist in billing including drafting and preparing invoices.
  • To organise and manage Partner's appointments and travel arrangements.
  • To maintain proper e-records/filling of correspondences and documents.
  • To perform work processing-related duties.
  • To perform any other secretarial and administrative work as and when required.


Requirements

 

  • Possess at least a recognized diploma or degree in Secretarial / Administration courses or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' secretarial or related experience, preferably from a professional services environment, financial services institution or MNC
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to maintain high confidentiality and strong people skills
  • Must be computer literate with strong competency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
  • Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize work and follow-up with deadlines
  • Strong command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
