Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for brand offline space design and sample production, ensuring the quality and consistency with the beauty brand's visual tone.
  2. Set up visually inspiring in-store retail displays (Gondola, counter, display rack design etc.) which reflect and uphold brand identity.
  3. Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
  4. Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
  5. Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on campaign materials and props productions, invoices processing.
  7. Develop concept and design for marketing campaign, festive events and promotions by designing marketing collaterals.
  8. Space Creativity: Propose channel space creative ideas based on the brand's tone and grasp the design direction.
  9. Planogram: Develop Plano design proposals based on the sell-out, communicate and coordinate with the other departments to complete POSM, display design, and construction drawing.
  10. Sample Production: Implement sample production and final products tracking based on the space design and craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 Years of Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
  2. Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
  3. Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation.
  4. Experience in FMCG industry (Pharma, Beauty Industry) is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
  6. Proof of a comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
  7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  8. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
