What youâll do
⢠Provide administrative support for Warehouse Supervisors â Inbound & Outbound.
⢠Inventory Support â Cycle counts, QC requests, scrap, transfers, re-packs.
⢠Courier Shipments
⢠Act as back-up:
o Manage Window/Dock Doors
⢠Routing for key customers â backup
⢠Receiving
⢠Investigate Shipping Errors
⢠Perform daily consolidations
⢠Customer/Carrier Complaints
⢠Carrier Paperwork
⢠Packing Slip Requests
⢠Oversee Special Request Shipments
⢠Daily Ship Plan
⢠Investigating Customer Service queries.
⢠Daily review of missed/outstanding deliveries
Your qualifications
⢠Strong computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)
⢠Familiarity with SAP.
⢠Excellent communication abilities
⢠Strong organizational/time-management skills
⢠Enthusiastic team player
⢠Strong problem-solver
⢠Comfortability with fast-paced environment
