What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support for Warehouse Supervisors – Inbound & Outbound.
  • Inventory Support – Cycle counts, QC requests, scrap, transfers, re-packs.
  • Courier Shipments
  • Act as back-up:
o Manage Window/Dock Doors

  • Routing for key customers – backup
  • Receiving
  • Investigate Shipping Errors
  • Perform daily consolidations
  • Customer/Carrier Complaints
  • Carrier Paperwork
  • Packing Slip Requests
  • Oversee Special Request Shipments
  • Daily Ship Plan
  • Investigating Customer Service queries.
  • Daily review of missed/outstanding deliveries
Your qualifications

  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organizational/time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Strong problem-solver
  • Comfortability with fast-paced environment
