As an Engineer, you will provide consulting engineering services to clients of Buildings Structures in Malaysia. You are required to undertake structural design for major projects and produce drawings and reports in line with structural specifications. You will be involved in small and medium sized projects, as well as being a key member of larger project groups. This will include design, technical documentation, cost estimates, tender submissions, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budget.


The Opportunity

  • Provide hands on Structural design for a range of projects and structural design calculations
  • Prepare and review of drawings submitted.
  • Participate in BIM coordination to assist to implement the project BIM execution plan.
  • Work with structural technicians to produce Revit Models and coo-ordinate work with engineers of other disciplines
  • Produce project related correspondence and reports and liaise directly with clients and other professionals with minimal supervision.

Is this role right for you?

  • Degree in Civil Engineer with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Structural Engineering in Building and Data Center projects
  • Proven Track record of a diverse range projects such as in low and high rise PPVC, Pre-stressed and Timber structures
  • Proficient or have experience in Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper and Programming skills
  • Good written and verbal communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong design ability and engineering skills and knowledge
