-Planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the activities of the supply organization in line with the company’s established set values, goals and objectives, salary and quality policies and standards.
-Provide continuously available and reliable products and services as required by the market at the optimum cost.
Principal responsibilities
-Instils the important of safety in every staff and achieve zero accident in area of responsibility.
-Plans, promotes and leads the productivity improvement programs in the maintenance of plants.
-To work closely with ROC operations to ensure safe and reliable operation for the plants under ROC’s scope.
-Assist in the maintenance of all ISO accreditation and quality assurances.
-Promote, lead and coordinate the effective implementation of environmental program and ensure the 100% buy in and compliance from every staff.
-Support implementation and compliance of Quality, Safety and values of the Company.
-Implement the respective division annual plan in line with the corporate annual and long-term plans.
-Support the effective implementation of the division’s annual plan and updating of the five years plans.
-Aspire to achieve best practice performance in areas of customer technical service, safety, quality, technology and innovation as to create a competitive advantage in these areas.
-Develop technical core competencies that will ensure use of competitive advantage.
-Ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the sites supply area management production sites so that the country’s product base is always competitive in the market and comparable to the global prices.
-Ensure the optimization of the supply area management plant capacity and support timely installation of needed production facilities to meet market demand.
-Ensure that the supply area management plant reliability and availability so that the current production facilities meet the market demand.
-Ensure that the supply area management production facilities are fully operational and optimize plant capacity and utilization.
-Support the identification, justification and execution of additional production facilities and on-site plant conversion of existing customers.
-Ensure that all the capital expenditures are budgeted with every fiscal year as required.
-Ensure compliance of site and business operating units to national as well as logical legislative and Linde requirements.
-Ensure that the quality of products and services from ex-gate of the supply area management production sites and services conform to customers’ requirement and company’s standard and specification.
-Provide an environment where employee is willing to contribute to the success of the company and commits and practices the set of values of the company and ensure utmost satisfaction of the customers’ needs and expectations.
-Ensure that every employee in the supply area management is willing to contribute to the productivity, TQM and safety aspirations and the visions of the company.
-Support the training and development of personnel that are qualified to meet the present and future requirements of the company through systematic replacement of the retiring and resigning employees.
-Training and development of high potential staff to have an effective succession plan.
-Ensure access to the technology of the company and its dissemination and application internally.
-Ensure compliance and observance to key national and local legislative requirements.
-Support the CMES related issues and problem as and when needed.
-Support the identification, justification and execution of additional production facilities and on-site plant conversion for existing customers.
-To be part of the emergency responder of coordinator if required which will be detailed in the site emergency response plan.
Required qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related fields.
