Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the E-commerce company that is based from Malaysia. They're in search of dynamic Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

* Learning On-The-Job on how to plan, design, execute, manage and evaluate the entire Digital Marketing Campaigns on Social Media Platforms
* Research on client's internal service processes, client's direct and indirect competitors and also client's Industry Marketing practices.
* Understanding and formulating Client's Customer Avatars based on the client's input.
* Coordinating and managing the different vendors to create and consolidate the necessary Marketing materials such as advertising images, short promo videos, advertising copywriting etc.
* Setting up client's Facebook, Instagram and Google SEM. * Run the Ads and conduct Split-Testing on the Ad Campaigns.
* Prepare, execute, manage and optimise Digital Marketing Campaigns.
* In-depth analysis of the Ad Campaign of what works and also necessary suggestions for improvement of the Campaign.
*Generating the client's Digital Marketing Ad Campaigns Report.
* Manage clients Campaign timeline and ensuring all the deadlines are adhered to between the clients, the vendors and also internally.
* To assist the Directors on occasional Company's special projects.

Job Requirements:

* Excellent attitude and hunger to learn and accept feedbacks.
* Proficient in writing with both Chinese and English languages.
* Good communication skills between internal team and customers.
* Understand and know how to operate on the different Social Media Platforms.
* Ability to use Digital Marketing Ad Campaigns Performance Tracking softwares. #J-18808-Ljbffr
