Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. If you have a passion for all things digital, a strong understanding of various marketing channels, and a knack for data analysis, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and campaign performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and propose innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and community management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Design and Development, to ensure website and landing page optimization for conversions and user experience.
  • Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Support the implementation of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices, such as data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing projects when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for different digital platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and ethical standards in digital marketing.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or HubSpot, are a plus.
