As Recruitment Coordinator , you will support the recruitment team and have responsibility for candidate care and administrative support associated with a candidate’s application process through to their onboarding. The successful candidate will have solid administration skills gained in a busy corporate environment, be eager to learn, come into the position with a can-do attitude, and have great customer service skills. Prior exposure to Recruitment or HR would be ideal, although not essential.

Recruitment Process Delivery
  • Provide key support to Recruitment Specialists and the wider recruitment team in completing designated recruitment activities within agreed timeframes.
  • Draft and print offer letters, ensuring all timely processing adheres to turnaround times. Ensure accuracy on offer letter drafts, realistic start dates, and all required clauses are correctly input.
  • Conduct relevant checks in the ATS to ensure data integrity and escalate to relevant parties for missing information. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is recorded on the database candidate profile and candidates have been moved through appropriate workflow activity stages.
  • Support 'high touch' interview scheduling for Recruitment Specialists.
  • Support the Admin team lead by delivering administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks (invoicing/reporting/training).
  • Adhere to the recruitment process as designed, ensuring appropriate approvals at relevant stages and ensure up-to-date documentation of the recruitment processes.
  • Identify opportunities for, or contribute to, developing continuous improvement and innovation in the recruitment delivery process.
  • Ensure all administrative process questions are responded to in a timely manner/agreed timeframes, and to quality standards as agreed.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand their issues and assist in resolving problems as a team.
  • Proactively identify where support may be needed and act accordingly.
Candidate Management
  • Provide support to Recruitment Specialists in the management of candidates as required.
  • Meet candidates for contract sign-ups & onboarding and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Assist the onboarding specialist in candidate onboarding and induction events.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced recruitment/TA administration function, ideally within the staffing industry or Corporate HR within a global organization.
  • Successful experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Worked in a team environment that emphasizes group contribution.
  • A sound understanding of in-house Recruitment best practices.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write client-oriented communications e.g. e-mails, interview arrangements.
  • Functional computer skills and software knowledge; prior experience in using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
