Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Audit Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our audit department.

Responsibilities:

Report Binding: Skillfully bind audit reports ensuring professional presentation and adherence to organizational standards.

Bank Confirmation: Facilitate bank confirmation processes with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining clear communication with relevant parties.

Appointment and Resignation Procedures: Manage appointment and resignation procedures for audit personnel, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with company policies.

Document Management: Arrange and maintain documents both incoming and outgoing, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality.

Ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree holder.
  • Proficiency in document management and administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
