Job Description:
- Handle insurance claim notifications, advise claimants on procedures, and assist with insurance claim documentation.
- Ensure all insurance claims are properly recorded and updated in the insurance system.
- Review and follow up with insurers and loss adjusters to ensure timely processing and settlement of claims.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve insurance claims management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with claimants, insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor claim metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Attend site visits and insurance claim meetings to resolve issues and disputes.
- Analyze, identify, and recommend potential risk improvements to customers.
- Prepare and provide periodic insurance claim reports to management.
- Identify and refer potential business opportunities to marketing colleagues.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks / duties as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims management.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance claim processing procedures, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for insurance claim meetings and site visits.
