Job Description:

  • Handle insurance claim notifications, advise claimants on procedures, and assist with insurance claim documentation.
  • Ensure all insurance claims are properly recorded and updated in the insurance system.
  • Review and follow up with insurers and loss adjusters to ensure timely processing and settlement of claims.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve insurance claims management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with claimants, insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor claim metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Attend site visits and insurance claim meetings to resolve issues and disputes.
  • Analyze, identify, and recommend potential risk improvements to customers.
  • Prepare and provide periodic insurance claim reports to management.
  • Identify and refer potential business opportunities to marketing colleagues.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks / duties as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims management.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance claim processing procedures, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for insurance claim meetings and site visits.
