  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to propose innovative solutions, enhance system capabilities, and identify risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the technology domain, preferably in the fintech or payment industry.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques, such as use case modelling and process mapping.
  • Knowledge of payment systems, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is an advantage.
