We are currently looking for Head of Maintenance for a pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.
- Reporting to: Managing Director
- Location: Perak

the role
- Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment through maintenance, repair, and improvement initiatives.
- Implement and oversee LEAN maintenance systems, analyze data to solve problems, and manage resources effectively.
- Lead the maintenance team in achieving zero downtime, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by planning shutdowns, training personnel, and implementing new projects.
- Manage the overall maintenance system for efficiency, ensuring proper tools, budget control, and documentation.
the experience
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in related industries.
- Able to lead a team with hand-ons leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
