  • Execute tasks in alignment with the established audit schedule.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of outlets, including outstation visits, to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Perform comprehensive audit procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, SOP evaluation, criteria development, evidence review, and process documentation.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports on findings, highlighting areas for process improvement and addressing critical issues with follow-up to ensure effective resolution.
  • Provide support to management in the completion of audit assignments.
  • Conduct audit-related investigations as instructed by management.
  • Effectively plan, prepare, and execute audit programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma / Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably in F&B industry or related).
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess knowledge of quality management systems, including HALAL, MesTI, HACCP, etc.
  • Good teamwork spirit and strong commitment to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel for outstation purposes, including KL & Klang Valley outlets.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
