Job Description:

  • Assist in executing audit activities, including ad-hoc reviews, to ensure audit objectives are achieved and meet quality requirements.
  • Prepare auditable process flows to understand work processes and practices.
  • Determine information requirements, accumulate, verify, and analyze data to evaluate system controls.
  • Conduct audit tests, analyze results, and assess effectiveness of key internal controls and operational processes.
  • Compile and analyze data, understand business and operational processes, and identify high-risk areas.
  • Prepare working papers to support audit findings and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Organize exit meetings, prepare presentations, and participate in entry and exit meetings with management.
  • Develop individual audit findings, draft audit reports, and propose recommendations.
  • Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure management takes appropriate actions on reported audit findings.
  • Carry out administrative tasks as instructed by the Group Chief Internal Auditor or Engagement Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or related field recognized by MQA.
  • Master's Degree in any discipline is an added advantage.
  • CIA/CISA/MICPA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW/CA or other professional qualification is an added advantage.
