We are seeking for a【**AP Manager**】based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Check procurement claim details to ensure amounts are allowable and in line with the Ant's policies.
- Check vendor claim workflow and invoice details to ensure procurement process is smooth and payment meets the due date of the contract.
- Resolving questions relating to vendor and staff claims and if required escalate unresolved issues to supervisor for decision.
- Follow-up on queries and requests on payment status of claims; Liaise with Treasury and Accounting Team on payment status and reconciliation issues.
- Participate in system enhancement and user testing.
- Safekeeping of claim records and supporting documents.
- Follow-up on internal control points raised by external and internal auditors and update status periodically.

**Qualifications**
- 2 to 3 years of relevant practical experience working in the AP process function of an accounting firm or large organization.
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Strategic problem solver with sound knowledge in workflows, financial accounting treatment.
- Strong cost/financial analysis skills. Knowledge of Oracle is preferred.
- A high level of personal integrity and a sense of accountability, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in verbal/written English and Chinese.
- Team player who can communicate for results.
