We are seeking for a【**Customer Success Manager**】based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the expert for Ant’s Global payment products and actively promote our products and services within the cross border payment industry and bring impact to the ecosystem
- Drive Ant’s Global Payment Standard to become an internationally recognized standard
- Drive contract negotiation and collaborate with Sales team on closing deals
- Ensure the successful implementation of products and services
- Effectively collaborate across multiple internal teams, including marketing, LCAP, Business Development, Data and operation teams, drive alignment and ensure the successful implementation of partnership programs.
- Hear from clients, identify gaps and align with internal team to find best solutions to resolve client pain points
- Engage in long term customer success plan and discover potential cross-selling opportunities

**Qualifications**
- 5 years and above experience in global payment companies and familiar with cross-border payment products and standard
- International experience in payment, finance/fintech is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience in client facing roles with tracking record on product trainings/product demos, project delivery and customer support
- Able to adapt in a fast-pacing environment and rapidly changing market
- Customer success or account management experience is a plus
