Randstad is partnering with an Real Estate group with an exciting plan to expand their business as well as their finance team. This role is open for fresh Accounting & Finance graduates that are looking for opportunities to kick start their career.

about the job

  • Maintain documentation and filling systems to ensure it is kept up-to date.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support company activities
  • To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
  • To prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
  • Liaise with banker for overseas transfer.
  • Handling duties such as prepare payment voucher, processing claims, petty cash, bank bulk transaction, make payment via online banking, issuing invoices and receipts, budgeting.


    requirements

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/equivalent.
    • Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
    • Good team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
    • Ability to multitask, work independently, hardworking, confident, excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude, result-oriented, positive and self-motivated.
