We're Looking for Individuals with Expertise in:

Project Management: Prince 2 or APM certification preferred, with experience in managing complex projects.

Contract Management: Familiarity with NEC Contracts and adeptness in navigating contractual agreements.

Cost Management: Skilled in managing project costs efficiently to optimize budgets.

Risk Management: Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

Planning: Experience with P6 Planning software to develop comprehensive project schedules.

Quantity Surveying: Ability to accurately assess and manage project quantities and costs.

Estimation: Proficiency in estimating project costs and resources accurately.

Controls Management: Experience in implementing robust cost and risk controls throughout project lifecycles.

Commercial Management: Strong understanding of commercial principles and negotiation skills.

Location: Based in the vibrant South West, you'll have the option to work from one of the following locations:

Plymouth

Bristol

Cardiff, South Wales

Exeter, Devon
