We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Relations Associate to support our Business Development & Customer Enablement teams. This junior-level role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and supporting both teams to ensure excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer data in our CRM system.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing communications to customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation processes are adhered to, such as contracts, NDAs, and other customer-related documents are stored properly to ensure security compliance.
  • Support the Customer Enablement team with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Coordinate customer inquiries from our website and route them to appropriate team members.
  • Assist in organizing customer-focused events and webinars.
  • Support the implementation of customer success strategies.
  • Conduct market research on best practices and present them internally for continued improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Lookerstudio, Trello).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in customer success and operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
