Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable of Digital gold projects including invoice processing, and daily reconciliation between subledger, gold trading platform and bank statement. Resolve billing discrepancies, follow up on collections and inquiries promptly. Monitor the stock level and replenish the stock on a timely basis. Follow up with system vendors on proposed solutions for the change request, perform user acceptance test (UAT) and close the related issues on a timely basis. Responsible for reporting the Digital gold project's progress to the CFO from time to time in accordance with the stipulated reporting requirements. Liaise with internal and external parties such as project department, lawyer and business partners (Local financial institutions). Ensure adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures in accounting processes. Maintain the proper filing system for all the relevant documents to ensure accessibility. To accomplish ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.

Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting/ Finance and/or Professional certificate such as CPA, ACCA, LCCI or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of work experience in the accounting and audit firms.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel (VLookup, Sumif, Pivot and etc).
  • Knowledge in the SAP system will be an added advantage.
  • Committed, self-starter, able to work independently and result oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Information
