  1. Responsible to service, repair and ensuring that all equipment are in good operating condition and available according to production needs
  2. Competent to assemble, install, maintain, service and repairs mechanical equipment and machineries
  3. Ensure that corrective and preventive maintenance works order are completely carry out in a safe and efficient manner

Accountabilities 

  1. Perform Mechanical maintenance fabrication, installation, assemble, diagnose, testing, repairs, service and troubleshooting including
    1. hydraulic/pneumatic system and
    2. static/dynamic rotative equipment such as pumps, gearbox, conveyor, agitator, sor, hydraulic press and etc
  2. Identify risks and hazards during operation and adhere all safety procedure and good housekeeping standards
  3. Correct usage and maintain the hand tools, power tools (such as lathe, shaping, milling and drilling machine), test equipment and measuring instruments.
  4. Perform electric and gas welding (Arch, TlG, MIG), hard soldering, brazing, gas/electric cutting.
  5. Ensure equipment optimizing across the site, through minimizing breakdown time and PM work completion in a timely and safe manner.
  6. Provide recommendations & supports, from Mechanical perspective, to improve maintenance and production operations
  7. Ensure the compliance of food safety, workplace safety and others company policies
  8. Carry any other ad hoc task as assigned by the management

 

Requirements

  1. 1-2 years working experience of  general machine repairs, condition base monitoring, shaft alignment and Pump Technology.
  2. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  3. Able to work on shift pattern
