Job Description:The successful candidate will be required to assist in below tasks:-• Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada and Tik Tok back end operation.• Basic photo editing and posting products to e-commerce platform.• Handle warranty case and solve order returns refund on time.• Reply customers and agents enquiries online and offline.• Process daily orders on time.• Filing office documents.• Updating stock quantity at website.• Maintain office tidiness and cleaniness.• Perform any duties as assigned by superior.Requirements:•Candidate must possess minimum Diploma.• Fresh Graduate can apply.•Knowlegde in excel and good in computer skills.•Knowlegde in Canva and Capcut skills is an advantage.•Fast learner and hardworking. •Punctual, Responsible and Healthy. • Able to adapt in fast pace working environment.Basic Salary : RM1800-RM2500 (Depends on experience)Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:45pmSaturday 8:30am to 1:45pmBenefits:EPFSocsoAnnual LeaveSick LeaveBonusStaff Purchase Discount
