Assistant Accounts Manager / Senior Executive (Ref: MM)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Handling the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of monthly reporting.
  • Coordinating with auditors, legal professionals, bankers, and company secretaries.
  • Preparing journal vouchers and reviewing postings to the general ledger every month.
  • Performing any other tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Candidates with professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CIMA are encouraged to apply (for Assistant Manager role).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the accounting field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards & group consolidation tax regulations.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Preferred candidates with Mandarin-speaking ability due to the role's requirements in liaising with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
  • 5-day working week (Mon-Fri).
  • Willing to work in Shah Alam.
  • 3 positions available.
