This role will be part of the management which need to handle the customers from pre-stay to after-stay, and make sure the customers are satisfy through out the period.Handle customer enquiries/bookingsHandle customer check in / out process (by phone whatsapp)Arrange cleaner on room cleaningLead the team as a team leaderPrepare daily report to ManagerAdministrative work
To be successful in this role, you will need to be patience, passionate on Hotel line, problem solving skill and etc.Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.O'level, A level, Diploma, DegreeWith min 1-2 years relevant experienceMicrosoft Office, Google Sheets & Google DocsHigh communication skill on both speaking and writingAble to work on public holiday (replacement leave provided)On call after office hour (allowance provided)
