Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including improving communication strategies.- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.- Develop training and development programs.- Assist in performance management processes.- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.- Oversee the hiring process, including reviewing applicants, conducting interviews, updating job descriptions, and determining hiring needs.- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.- Dealing with renewal of work permit with imigration.- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.- Assist and coordinate weekly and monthly department meetings.- Any other ad-hoc matters.**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
