duties and responsibility
As a Senior Analyst, Logistics & Distribution, you are required to have global and regional exposure responsibilities covering the following responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative analytical approaches to enhance global supply chain transportation strategy.
- Support Global Supply Chain Operations by conducting global research and analysis.
- Lead projects to optimize logistics, including freight and distribution initiatives.
- Provide analytical insights for global transportation integration and decision-making.
- Drive supplier evaluation processes, including Request for Proposals (RFPs), risk assessment, and spend analysis.
- Lead end-to-end logistics improvement projects, including planning, execution, and communication.
- Roll out regional and global logistics initiatives to APAC countries.
- Implement proactive measures to resolve recurring logistics issues and monitor corrective actions for effectiveness.
skills /experience
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehosue & Distribution
- Analytical reporting capabilities and strong stakeholder management skills is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management (preferably in Logistics / Transport Operations)
- Based in Penang
