Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated General Clerk to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.Maintain contact lists.Book travel arrangements.Submit and reconcile expense reports.Provide general support to visitors.Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
