Job Opportunity:
Legal Clerk/SecretaryResponsibilities:Handle clerical duties including filing, data entry, opening and closing of files, and monitoring incoming emails and calls.
Prepare general letters.Assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents including correspondences, cause papers, bundles, and other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum educational requirement:
Higher Secondary or Professional Certificate, Diploma.
PC literate with some clerk or secretarial background.
Hardworking, self-motivated, and possess good work ethics.
Attention to detail.
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology.
