Responsibilities:
Receive and prepare quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices.
Schedule and confirm meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence.
Ensure and follow up on the preparation for each upcoming event.
Qualifications:
SPM/STPM/Level-A/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Male candidates only.
