Job DescriptionHandles Front Desk operations such as handling arrivals, check-ins, (Registration) and departures for check-outs (Cashiering) of all the hotel guests.Responding promptly to all guests’ requests, enquiries and complaints.Ability to perform the duties of night audit.RequirementsCandidate MUST possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.Required Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
