  • Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives, while managing tender processes and contract negotiations.
  • Review and improve procurement processes, monitor inventory, and analyze market trends to implement innovative procurement strategies.
  • Oversee procurement and contracting activities, ensuring compliance, delivery, and effective management of capital expenditure projects.
  • Supervise junior staff, provide procurement training, and prepare reports on purchasing performance for management.skills/requirements
    • Bachelorâs in Business Admin/Materials Management/Economics.
    • 7+ years of procurement experience.
    • Proven record in procurement strategy, delivering cost savings, and process improvement.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Experience in team development, budget management, and complex organizations.
